den 2D- und 3D-Ansichten der

radiologischen Bilddaten

In der 2D­Ansicht folgen die orthogonalen
Schichten (axial, sagittal und koronar) der aktuellen
Position der Spitze des Probe. Die Probe wird in
den 2D­Bilddaten eingeblendet.
In der 3D­Ansicht wird das Patientenmodell mit
der aktuellen Lage der Probe dreidimensional
dargestellt.
Der rote Kreis an der Spitze der Probe stellt die
Toleranz der Registrierung dar.
Nach 10 Sekunden wechselt die Darstellung
automatisch auf Vollbild. Alle Bedienelemente
werden ausgeblendet, um den Bildschirm
optimal zur Darstellung der Bilddaten zu nutzen.
Sobald der Mauszeiger bewegt wird, werden die
Bedienelemente wieder eingeblendet.

Warnung: Prüfen Sie während der
Operation regelmäßig durch das Berühren
einer gut sichtbaren anatomischen
Landmarke, ob die Darstellung des
Instruments in den radiologischen Daten
korrekt ist. Stellen Sie einen Fehler fest,
dann führen Sie die Instrumenten­ und
Patienten registrierung erneut durch oder
beenden Sie die Navigation.

Verlassen Sie sich nicht nur darauf!

die konventionelle Ansicht des OP­Situs.

Visualizing the probe in the 2D
and 3D views of the radiological
image data
In the 2D view, the orthogonal slices (axial, sagittal
and coronal) follow the actual position of the tip
of the probe. The probe is shown in the 2D image
data.
In the 3D view, the patient model with the current
position of the probe is shown three­dimensionally.
The red circle at the tip of the probe represents the
registration tolerance.
After 10 seconds, the view automatically switches
to full screen mode. All of the controls are hidden
in order to enable use of the full screen for the
visualization of the image data. As soon as the
mouse cursor is moved, the controls are displayed
again.

Warning: During the operation,
regularly check that the instrument is
visualized correctly in the radiological data
by touching a clearly visible anatomical
landmark. If you notice a mistake, re­
register the instrument and patient or end
the navigation.

Warning: Visualization of the instrument
is only an additional aid. Do not rely only
on it! The conventional view of the site of
the operation is decisive for the surgical
procedure.

Visualización de la sonda patrón en
las vistas bi y tridimensionales de
los datos radiológicos de imagen
En la vista bidimensional, las capas ortogonales
(axial, sagital y coronal) siguen la posición actual
de la punta de la sonda patrón. La sonda patrón
aparece en los datos bidimensionales de imagen.
En la vista tridimensional, el modelo del paciente se
representa de forma tridimensional con la posición
actual de la sonda patrón.
El círculo rojo en la punta de la sonda patrón
representa la tolerancia del registro.
Después de 10 segundos, la representación
cambia automáticamente a pantalla completa.
Todos los elementos de mando se ocultan, con el
fin de visualizar los datos de imagen en formato
de pantalla completa. En cuanto se desplaza el
cursor del ratón, los elementos de mando vuelven
a aparecer.

Cuidado: Compruebe periódicamente
durante la intervención quirúrgica si la
representación del instrumento en los
datos radiológicos es correcta, tocando
para ello una referencia anatómica bien
visible. Si comprueba la existencia de un
error, entonces lleve a cabo nuevamente
el registro del instrumento y del paciente o
finalice la navegación.

Cuidado: La representación del
instrumento es sólo una ayuda adicional.
No confíe exclusivamente en ella. El
aspecto decisivo para el procedimiento
en la intervención quirúrgica es la vista
convencional del campo operatorio.
