WARNING
Risk of accident and injury if plug or screw connections
come loose. For all setting works or for folding down the
backrest for transportation, screw and / or plug connec-
tions have to be loosened. This can cause uncontrolled
movements of wheelchair components. To avoid injuries at
pinch and shear points, carry out such works with the sup-
port of another person. Make sure to always keep parts of
the body (e. g. hands or head) out of the danger zone.
CAUTION
Risk of accidents due to unsecured screw connections.
When screw connections with thread locks are loosened,
they must be replaced by new ones or secured with a me-
dium-strength thread lock substance (e. g. EuroLock
A24.20).
After any settings on the power wheelchair are established
or changed, the mounting screws and / or nuts must be
retightened securely. During tightening observe torques
when specified.

INFORMATION
Prior to using the power wheelchair, all the necessary me-
chanical adaptations (e. g. mounting special controls) and
software settings (e. g. programming the control) must be
made to comply with the individual requirements and abilities
of the user. The settings may only be made by trained special-
ists who have been authorised by Ottobock.
INFORMATION
When installing special controls, the user is obliged to have a
specialist dealer give him or her detailed instructions on how
to use them.
INFORMATION
The mounting position of the device for seat height adjust-
ment and / or the seat must not be modified.
