Moving the joystick right switches between the different seat
functions. The selected function can be extended or re-
tracted by moving the joystick forward or backward (also
see section 6.3.5).
The corresponding LEDs flash if an error occurs. See sec-
tion 8.2.2 for the meaning of the error messages.
Joystick (item 6)
The joystick is used for driving. The further it is moved away
from the centre position, the faster the power wheelchair will
drive in this direction.

If the seat functions are accessed with the Mode button,
then the joystick is used to select and activate the seat func-
tions (see item 5 and section 6.3.5).
7.3.5 2x Adapter Cable for Piko or Buddy Button
The power wheelchair may be equipped with a 2x adapter
cable. The respective connected Piko or Buddy button may
be used to control electrical seat functions. The functions to
be controlled are specified when the power wheelchair is
ordered.
The buttons are equipped with a so-called toggle function.
This means that the selected function is activated as long as
the button is pressed.
Pressing the button again activates the selected function in
the opposite direction. For example, if the electric backrest
function is activated, the backrest moves back as long as
the button is pushed the first time the button is activated.
Activating this function again causes the backrest to move
forward as long as the button is pushed.
