6.6. CLEANING
It is forbidden to clean by hand the organs and the elements in movement.
All cleaning interventions must be put in start only and exclusively, after having unloaded the electric
equipment with the food product in working and having insulated from the electric feeding source and
from the external energies.
For the electric equipment cleaning, the electric equipment and of the machine board components, don't use
ever gasoline, solvents or inflammable and/or corrosive fluids.
The electric equipment, the electric equipment and the machine board components must not be ever washed
using water, nor in form of jets of any nature and quantity; so, without "bucket" nor "rubber" nor
"sponge". Don't put ever directly the electric equipment in the sink or under the tap.
Use not inflammable and not toxic solvents, commercial and approved. Respect the use modalities and adopt
the possible individual protection devices, foreseen from the substances supplier.
It signals that:
The combustion room cleaning residuals are assimilable urban;
The residuals of the possible refractory material are inert material classified as special refusal.

MODALITIES
FOOD ZONES CLEANING AND THE SPRAYS ZONES:
All electric equipment surfaces and parts destined to come into contact with the
food product, or, THE FOOD ZONES AND THE SPRAYS ZONES (electric
equipment external surface) must be cleaned and disinfected with the under reported
modalities.
THINGS NOT TO DO BEFORE OR DURING THE CLEANING:
Access to the moving elements without be in advance checked of their stop;
Access to the moving elements without have stopped it in guaranteed safety
(blockage in zero position of the electric feeding sectioning devices)
Access to the electric equipment before that the time is spent necessary to the parts
cooling with burn danger (at least 4 hours from the electric feeding interruption)
PRODUCTS NOT TO USE:
Brushes with steel filaments or abrasive sponges or metallic steel wools
High pressure hydro cleaners or cleaners with vapor jet.
Compressed air with jets towards the zones with flour warehouses and in general
towards the electric equipment;
Vapor equipment;
Detergent that contains CHLORINE (also if diluted) or its compounds as: the
bleach, the muriatic acid, products to clear the drain, products for the marble
cleaning, in general decalcifying, etc, can attack the steel composition, staining and
oxidizing it unavoidable. The only above described products fumes can oxidize and
in any case corrode the steel;
Steel wool, brushes or abrasive discs produced with other metals or alloys (ex.
Common steel, aluminum, brass, etc...) or tools that have previously cleaned other
metals or alloys, that except to scratch the surface.
Detergents in abrasive dust;
Fuel, solvents or inflammable and/or corrosive fluids;
Substances used to clean the silver.
