3.5. NORMAL USE, IMPROPER USE, NOT CORRECT OR FORBIDDEN USE
The electric equipment described in the present instructions manual for the use is foreseen to be used from an only operator
skilled and trained on the residual risks, but with the competences, in safety matter, of the employees to the maintenance.
In its NORMAL USE and reasonably foreseeable, the electric equipment can be used only for the food
products baking (pizzas, bread, focaccia, confectionery and similar) for professional use and not for domestic
one.
The electric equipment must be used to bake foods, only from adult people and in accordance with the
instructions included in this handbook
The electric equipment must not be used IN IMPROPER WAY; in particular:
1.
it must not be used for domestic uses,
2.
it must not function with parameters different from those ones showed in the technical characteristics
table,
3.
for every use of the electric equipment with modalities different from those ones showed in the present
manual, the manufacturer declines every responsibility,
4.
the user is responsible of the damages resulting from the lacked observance of the exercise conditions
agreed in the technical specification and in the order confirmation,
5.
don't function the electric equipment on vacuum,
6.
don't tamper or damage intentionally nor remove or hide the labels.
The electric equipment must not be used IN NOT CORRECT WAY or FORBIDDEN because some
damages or injuries could be provoked to the operator; in particular:
1.
it is forbidden to pull the electric feeding cable to disconnect the feeding plug,
2.
it is forbidden to put some weights on the electric equipment or on the electric feeding cable,
3.
it is forbidden to place the electric feeding cable on cutting parts or with burn danger,
4.
it is forbidden the use with the electric feeding cable or with the control devices damaged and not
integer;
5.
it is forbidden to leave the electric equipment switched off with the electric feeding cable connected
with the feeding plug,
6.
it is forbidden to leave the electric equipment loaded unguarded;
7.
it is forbidden to place the electric equipment over different objects from those ones foreseen for
the installation that aren't of fireproof material
8.
it is forbidden the use of inflammable substances, corrosive or harmful for the cleaning,
9.
it is forbidden the use to not authorized personnel and with clothes different from that one showed for
the use,
10.
it is forbidden to introduce products or objects having characteristics different from those ones
showed in the normal use, as for example bones, frozen meat, not food products, or other objects as
scarves, etc ...,
11.
it is forbidden the functioning with the protection and fixed shelters not blocked correctly or
removed;
12.
it is forbidden the partial or total neutralization, removal, modification or bring however ineffective
the safety micro switches and danger signals protections
13.
it is forbidden the functioning without that all precautions about the residual risks elimination have
been adopted from the user,
14.
it is forbidden to smoke or to use equipment with free flame and manipulate incandescent materials,
unless the suitable safety measure haven't been adopted,
15.
it is forbidden to activate or to set the control or blockage devices as knobs or similar both during the
electric equipment functioning both if you aren't authorized
16.
it is forbidden to use ingredients dangerous for the operator and maintenance man health. Besides
they must not determine potentially explosive zones, because the electric equipment isn't adequate for
the use or treat products that determine potentially explosive zones.
17.
it is forbidden to introduce foods of excessive dimensions or metallic tools: fires or electric shocks
can be provoked
18.
it is forbidden to introduce materials as cardboard, plastic, paper or similar because inflammable.
19.
it is forbidden to preserve inside the switched off electric equipment any type of material except the
recommended accessories
20.
it is forbidden to hang objects or weights to the electric equipment door handle
21.
it is forbidden to cover the electric equipment bottom with aluminum sheets or other objects
22.
it is forbidden to pour out water outside the electric equipment and inside the baking room
23.
it is forbidden to drag pots or pans and scratch the bottom of the baking room and the walls in
general
