PEOPLE PROTECTIONS AGAINST THE INDIRECT CONTACTS
The protection measures against the indirect contacts through the equipment feeding circuit automatic interruption depend
from the used distribution system:
1.
In the TT system the protection is assured from the differential devices with residual current to install upstream of the
feeding line.
2.
In the TN system the protection is assured from the protection devices against the short circuits to install upstream of
the feeding line
PROTECTION EQUIPOTENTIAL CIRCUIT
To prevent dangerous contact tensions in case of the insulation damage between active parts and masses, untimely agreements
or inhibitions that can verify on the control circuits as a result of more mass damages, all masses presented on the machine
are connected to the equipotential node and connected to the grounding plant from the feeding net through the clamp PE and
coordinated with some devices that assure the feeding automatic interruption in case of damage.
ELECTRIC FEEDING
The electric feeding connection must be in conformance with the actual legislation in the country where is used.
The electric feeding must be maintained in conformance with the following technical prescriptions:
1.
the electric feeding must be always of the type and have an intensity corresponding to the specifications showed in the
electric equipment plate. If excessive tensions are applied, some components will be damaged irreparably,

a differential device must be foreseen coordinated with the protection circuit, respecting the legislation and the actual
regulated and legislative disposals in force in the installation country;
3.
the cable for the electric panel feeding outside the cover must pass in the spaces prepared from You and adequately
protected;
4.
the cable for the electric panel feeding within the electric material covering must pass in the spaces prepared and
adequately signaled with the graphic mark n. 5036 of IEC 60417-2. in conformance with the graphic mark B 3.6 of ISO
3864;
5.
the cable for the electric panel feeding must be of section and have characteristics corresponding to the specifications
showed in the first page of the power circuit diagram (cfr annex) and to those one showed to the paragraph 2.2. cables of
section different from that one showed can make change the short circuit current values and so compromise the their
protection in case of short circuit;
6.
the material used for the feeding conductors must be the copper.
7.
the cable for the electric panel feeding from the protection device against the over currents at the connection
point of the supplied electric panel must be in unique size, without intermediate interruptions.
8.
if present the neutral conductor (N) before feeding the electric equipment, from You its continuity must be guaranteed
(connected and available).
9.
before feeding the electric equipment from You its continuity must be guaranteed (connected and available) of the
protection equipotential circuit green yellow conductor.
Perform the connection of the electric panel feeding cable following exclusively the phases sequence here follow showed
(A):
L1 ⇒ R
L2 ⇒ S
For what concern the recommended minimum sections of the conductors coming from the external feeding source, make
reference to what showed in the power circuit diagram (cfr annexed) and to those ones showed in the paragraph 2.2..
ELECTRIC FEEDING SECTIONING DEVICE
The feeding sectioning device, as comparable from what described from the power circuits diagram delivered with the electric
equipment, must be foreseen for the unique electric equipment feeding source, through the electrical installer work.
The feeding sectioning device allows separating (insulating) the oven electric equipment from the feeding, with the aim to
make possible the interventions performing without electric shocks risks.
The sectioning device presents two possible positions:
1.
OFF or "disconnected", the electric equipment results sectioned from the electric feeding
2.
ON or "inserted", the electric equipment results connected to the electric feeding
