GUARANTEE: all parts including the equipment, excluded the electric parts, have a guarantee of 36 (thirty six) months, always that
the defects are due to the manufacturing. The pieces sending will happen on carriage forward. The pieces changed in guarantee will be
however invoiced; at the receiving of the pieces (resent in carriage paid), of which the change has been requested, there will be a credit
note. The guarantee doesn't include the equipment change. The guarantee doesn't include the manpower expenses for the spare parts
change and any other accessory expense.
SENDING: the goods travels on Customer risk and danger. Possible disputes on the material defective condition will have to be
highlighted to the conveyer during the goods acceptance. We please you to take in the due consideration the conveyer responsibility and
the binding evidence of possible damages during the goods acceptance. We point out that the our Firm doesn't answer of defects not
evidenced to the conveyer during the goods picking up, also if the same has been forwarded in carriage paid with debit in the invoice
COMPETENCE COURT: for any dispute is competent the manufacturer head office court
ASSISTANCE: it must be preventively defined as requested from You at the moment of the order
