5.4.3. EXPULSION PIPE CONNECTION
To the collector placed in the steel hood back zone the fumes expulsion pipe must be connected prepared
from the electric equipment user.
The pipes installer must be in conformance with the entire legislation of the country where the electric equipment is used.
The pipes installation and design request much attention to avoid dangers during the normal functioning and in the
eventuality of a mal functioning of the components assembled and connected in it. In particular:
1. the fumes unloading pipes and thoese one for the heated air spreading in the environment must be in
conformance with the legislative and regulamentar disposals used in the installation country, in particular they must
be in accordance with the directive CPD 89/106/CEE and have the CE mark
2. before connecting the fumes unloading pipe to the circular collector (A), it is recommended to foresee a "T"
element to allow a safe and adequate disassembly during the pipes cleaning operations
3. the pipes must be adequately insulated to avoid both useless heating spreading, both burn dangers
4. the pipes must be blocked with the appropriate strips to the respective collectors.
5.5. ASSEMBLY
The assembly / disassembly operations of any parts of the electric equipment are performed with the plug
disconnected to the socket, or with the sectioning device in OFF and with the padlock.
The electric equipment livening must happen from the bottom with a lifter trolley or transpallett (see chapter
about the livening).
GENERAL PRESCRIPTIONS
1. the electric equipment service conditions are showed in the paragraph 3.4
2. as showed in the chapter 3.2, in accordance with the contractual requests the electric equipment must be assembled:
a. on a walling structure produced with fireproof material prepared from the user. The structure must be able to
support the electric equipment mass showed in the annexed technical data; so it must be adequately supported and
sized from a designer technician. After at least 7 – 10 days from the walling structure production, it will be
possible to put the electric equipment
b. on a support produced with steel profiles placed on wheels, n. 2 blockable. After having blocked the n. 2
wheels it is possible to place the electric equipment
3. the electric equipment must be placed in plane on a horizontal and smooth surface with a planarity error included in the
2% of gradient
4. leave on the electric equipment back wall an accessible space for the air circulation (10 cm)
5. the wall structure back zone or a support produced with steel profiles must be always accessible to allow the access to
the resistances change zone (at least 800mm) and to allow the natural air circulation
6. when more modules are supplied and installed, it is necessary to provide with their assembly. To perform this operations
it is necessary (see annexes):
a. remove with appropriate tool the superior zone hood fastening screws
b. unthread the hood working on the appropriate screws
c. place a baking room on the other one (the controls are independently for each module)
d. tighten the fastening screws supplied in endowment
e. repeat the phases c and d for each module (baking room)
f. place the hood in the last module superior zone and tighten the fastening screws supplied in endowment
g. connect between them the chimneys of each single module
h. after having placed the electric equipment in the use site, connect the fumes exit chimney to the prepared chimney
flue, which must be of suitable section and capacity (see paragraph 5.4.3 and annexes).
