5.7. FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION - STARTING
CONTROL AND VERIFICATIONS BEFORE THE PUTTING IN FUNCTION
VERIFICATION / CONTROL
Check that:
There aren't on the electric equipment, within the
backing room, some extraneous objects
Check the cleaning:
Of the backing room internal parts, the door,
Of the electric equipment external surface.
Check the integrity:
Of the fixed protections,
Of the door,
Of the baking room,
Check the functionality:
Of the control / check system parts about the
safety;
Of the control devices.
Check the absence:
Of strange noises after the start
For any type of intervention or for the parts change that result damaged, activate the maintenance service.
The possible change must happen with the manufacturer original products or at least of quality, safety and
equivalent characteristics. For clarifications contact the Authorized Assistance Centre.
FIST USE
We recommend to perform a "test cycle" at high temperature to familiarize with the electric equipment and to eliminate the
protective substances or oil that could have been used for the packing or for the shipping. Set the temperature control knob on
250°C for 15". In this phase it is normal to notice the presence of fume or smell
BEFORE USING THE ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT
Remove the accessories from the electric equipment and warm it at 220°C for about an hour to eliminate the smells and the
insulating material fumes and the protection greases. It is advisable to keep open the window during this operation.
STARTING
When the electric equipment is fed electrically the relative indicating light lamp of the switching on button flashes.
To switch on the electric equipment you must:
1. activate the ON button;
2. set the resistances switching on placed in the combustion chamber: bedplate, top, half power, full power
3. set the temperature that you want to reach inside the baking room (electric equipment work temperature).
Start from equipment situation in emergency
With the timer included in the controls panel, it is possible to program the electric equipment switching on in time, at the user
choice: it is possible to memorize n. 2 different timetables.

MODALITY AND CHECKS
Visual control of the showed parts, to check the absence of
objects or extraneous bodies as for example various tools,
clothes, etc...
In case of presence it is necessary their removal.
All the showed parts surfaces, before the electric equipment
use, must be checked visually to check their cleaning.
In case of moulds or other type of dirty presence, provide to the
cleaning procedure in accordance with the indications of the
chapter "CLEANING".
All fixed shelters, door, baking room, etc... must perform the
function for which have been foreseen.
Visual control of the showed parts to check their integrity in
their surface external part.
The parts must be however changed to the first marks of
erosion or breaking.
All devices must perform their foreseen function. Control
directly the devices because these ones determine the waited
function.

During the verification of the control devices functionality, in
the case there are strange noises, due for example to
mechanical breakings, stop immediately the electric equipment
and activate the maintenance service.
