4.5. PROTECTION DEVICES ON THE ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT
The electric equipment protections and safety devices must not be removed.
If they must be removed for extraordinary maintenance requirements some measures will have to be
immediately adopted ready to put in evidence and to reduce at the possible minimum limit the danger.
The put back in position and the efficiency of the protection and of the safety device must happen as soon as
the reasons that have brought necessary their temporary removal are finished.
The electric equipment is protected from an insulated steel structure including profiles, sheets and insulation material that
constitute the baking room segregation walls in all its sides, except the anterior zone. The superior and back sheets of the steel
structure present some opening to allow the heat dissipation.
In the anterior zone n. 1 baking room closure door in tempered glass that moves vertically through an electric motor for the
opening and the closure. The door is hinged in the inferior part and opens manually taking it with the appropriate
handles.

For what concern the fixed shelters it specifies besides that:
1. the fixed shelters sizes are such as to not leave opening in the dangerous work zone protected when they are fastened in
seat;
2. the fixed shelters not welded permanently to the electric equipment are fastened with screws that request the use of
special keys (allen spanners) and can be removed, with the suitable key, only from the maintenance responsible;
3. the access to the protected vain from a fixed shelter is allowed only to the maintenance man. For any occurrence the
operator must not ever attempt to open a fixed shelter;
4. it isn't possible to reassembly a shelter in wrong position so as to leave in the hulling some dangerous opening;
5. if the shelters aren't fastened in their seat, with the appropriate special screws, cannot remain apparently closed and
supported in that seat for lack of the fastening elements.
In the dimensioning and in the shelters and safety devices choice, it is kept into consideration the accessibility of people of
equal age or major of 14 years old.
For all safety functions including the control and check systems parts connected to the safety, with reference to the category 1
of safety some components and safety principles well tested have been used.

SAFEGUARDED DANGER TYPE
In the back, superior and lateral zone, to avoid the contact with the elements with
burn danger, some steel sheet fixed shelters are present (see annex)
In the anterior zone to avoid the contact with the elements with burn danger inside
the combustion chamber, it is present a motorized moving shelter, and a baking
room closure door in tempered glass (see annex)
