INTRODUCTION
The panel called FIPZTIME is composed from an electronic card assembled on the back of a panel in aluminum where a
serigraphy polycarbonate sheet is applied.
The FIPZTIME unit presents the following functionalities:
Digital control of all functions of an electric equipment for the pizza baking with the temperature regulation.
Power differentiated choking of the electric equipment superior and inferior parts heating resistances.
Switching on/off controlled from an external contact (same functionality to the previous version) through, for example, a
timer.
The programmable switching on through two timers.
Lighting lamp control management.
Alarm conditions management.
The FIPZTIME unit is equipped with a digital clock.
The control has:
An input for a K type thermocouple temperature sensor.
An input for the switching on/off external contact normally opened (NO).
An input for the card feeding 12 Vac – 2A.
An output for a fan 12Vdc 300mA for the cooling of the electronic part.
An output for the halogen illumination lamp 12V 50W
Outputs for the heating three phase resistances of the electric equipment inferior and superior parts.
In the electric panel, besides to the management of the three phase net voltage AC 4000V through remote control switch, a
safety bi metallic thermal switch is inserted normally closed NC.
CARD SWITCHING ON
To the application of the feeding voltage, the equipment after an initializing
procedure is in the STAND-BY condition; this situation is signaled through the
condition gauge illumination with a cadence of ½ second switched on and 2
seconds switched off. The pressure of the switching on "ON/OFF" button causes
the passage to the ON condition signaled from the fixed illumination of the
switching on gauge. In the STAND-BY condition it is possible to drive the
switching on through the closure of the switching on/off external contact; in this
case the control passes to the REMOTE ON condition signaled with the switching
on gauge illumination with a cadence of 2 seconds switched on and ½ second
switched off; to the successive opening of the external contact the control backs to
the STAND-BY condition.
In the passage from the STAND-BY condition to ON or REMOTE ON the display
visualizes "---".
TEMPERATURE ADJUSTING:
The temperature included inside the electric equipment is visualized from the display, possible superior
and inferior out of scale conditions are visualized respectively LLL and HHH. The temperature can be
set between 80°C and 450°C pushing the buttons + and -; during the setting the display visualizes the set
temperature switching on the decimal point to the right of the units numeral. At the adjusting end if the
buttons + and – aren't pushed for a time superior to 3 seconds, the set new value is acquired and the
display backs to the temperature visualization measured inside the electric equipment. The temperature
adjusting happens through the heating activation with temperature inferior of 2°C to that set one and
heating end to the set temperature.
During the period in which the heating is active, the resistances power placed in the electric equipment
superior (called Gallery) and inferior (called Skills) parts is choked through the work/rest cycle change
on a period of 1 minute; this choking corresponds to the knobs position relative to each resistance. The
effective resistances' feeding is visualized from the respective gauges illumination. It is possible to
exclude completely a resistance rotating the respective knob completely in anti clockwise; this
manoeuvre causes also the switching off of the under led crown.
LAMP FUNCTION:
The illumination lamp inside the electric equipment is controlled from the LAMP button, its switching on is signaled from the
illumination of the respective gauge.
