TRANSPORTATION AND LIVENING
The electric equipment transportation can happen through some containers or road haulage contractor. In two cases the
same type of packing is foreseen. For what regard the sizes and the weights, see previous technical data.
The livening and the transportation must happens FROM THE BOTTOM through
a lifting with an elevator trolley or trans pallet, assuring that the appendices that the
lifting mean will use are placed in exact correspondence of the pallet opening on
which the packed electric equipment is placed.
If the pallet is absent, assure that the lifting mean appendices are placed in the exact
correspondence of the points countersigned from the symbol constituted from a
black equilateral triangle on white background with the vertex towards ground and
perpendicular to it.
During the livening keep the loading to the possible minimum height from ground
to exceed the possible obstacles; this way both for a loading better stability, both for a
major visibility.
In the case the loading doesn't allow a sufficient ground visibility, request the presence of a secon person on the ground.
For the stability, the electric equipment independently from the size and morphology must remain standing.
The electric equipment will have to be transported nearest possible to the place foreseen for the use that will have to be verified
preliminarly for the sizes and the necessary spaces.
In case of successive livening, verify preventively that all possible particulars, or groups and subgroups, that can suffer
movements during the livening, are firmly fastened (through tight systems), avoiding dangerous movements that can
compromise the loading stability and balancing, parts accidental falls or possible spilling.
5.3. PACKING REMOVAL – OPENING MODALITY
PACKING DESCRIPTION – HOW GET RID OF THE PACKING MATERIAL
The electric equipment and the various parts delivered separately are packed so that the liquids infiltration / penetration, of
organic material or human beings are avoided: this is represented from a coating in polyethylene around the electric
equipment, and all included in a cardboard box of adequate size, placed on a wood pallet. The empty spaces in the box are
occupied from the filling material.
The packaging material is recyclable at 100%, so not scatters the packing in the environment, but restore it for possible
transportations or destine it to the recycling agencies and disposed in conformance with the standards established from the
local authorities.
The evaluation and the management for the products biological compatibility used in the packing are of user competence and
responsibility.
It is an obligation of the employer to know the actual laws of his country and work so to comply with these legislations.
It is forbidden and besides liable to sanctions, to abandon the electric equipment and the electric equipment in the
environment.
5.4. PREPARATION PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
5.4.1. STABILITY
The electric equipment stability is designed so that, in the foreseen functioning conditions, taking into account of the climatic
conditions, is such to allow it the use without spilling risk, of falling, or of unexpected movement.
Taking into account of the conformation and its position the electric equipment results to be intrinsically steady without
fastening needs to the walled structure on which it is supported. If the electric equipment is placed on the steel support
on wheels, at least n. 2, the anterior ones are blockable with the lever activated from the foot.
