6.4.2. TIGHT SPRING CHANGE
The personnel that perform the operations included in the present chapter, besides to present characteristics
reported in the chapter 4 and must have read and understood the safety prescriptions showed in the chapter 4.
For the worn and changed materials selling, make reference to the prescriptions of the chapter 7.
All cleaning interventions must be put in act only and exclusively after having unloaded the electric
equipment with the food product in working and have insulated it from the electric feeding and external
energy sources and having waited the cooling times to allow the reaching of the electric equipment
environment temperature (see chapter n.4).
The baking room door is kept in position with an adequate spring. In case of breaking, for the change, proceed as indicated:
1.
after the switching off, wait that the electric equipment reaches the environment temperature (see chapters n. 4 and 5)
2.
slacken manually the block knob of the electric
equipment left profile
4.
unthread towards the bottom the electric equipment
left profile

3.
slacken the block allen spanner, placed in the electric
equipment left profile inferior zone
5.
slacken the screw (1) with appropriate tool and remove
the broken spring part
6.
insert the new spring (2) and tighten the blockage screw
(1) with appropriate tool
7.
replace the electric equipment left profile, proceeding in
backward way
