Pulse
 Press key button 44 until the symbol for pulsing lights
up, or lights up in combination with symbol slope (LED
35).
 Access the secondary parameter (refer to the subchap-
ter: accessing secondary parameter).
 Select secondary parameter secondary current I2 (Code
„I 2").
 Set the required secondary power value with turning
knob 45. The adjusted value is based in % from welding
current I1.
 Select the secondary parameter pulse frequence (Code
„FPU").
 Set the required pulse frequence with turning knob 45.
 Select secondary parameter pulse pause ratio (Code
„bPU").
 Set the required pulse pause ratio with turnng knob 45.
The adjusted value is based in % from welding current I1.
Example: 60% equates to the parts 60% welding current
I1 and 40% secondary current I2.
 Exit secondary parameter.

Jobs
The 200 AC/DC ControlPro provides 4 jobs which may be
programmed individually. There are 2 jobs available in the
electrode mode and TIG mode. One job saves/stores all pa-
rameter and secondary parameter.
All jobs are pre-set ex works with standard values.
Job saving/storing
 Set the welding machine as reqired.
 Press key pad „1" 48 or „2" 46 for at least 3 seconds.
9 LED 49 or LED 47 will light up twice to confirm.
Job selection
 Shortly press key „1" 48 or „2" 46.
9 LED 49 or LED 47 will light up permanently to confirm
the selected job.
Job exit
 Turn knob 45 or press key 40, 42 or 44 shortly.

Access secondary parameter
 Press keys „1" 48 and „2" 46 shortly at the time.
9 The 7-segment-display shows alternating the parame-
ter-code and the corresponding adjustment value.
 The adjustment valiue can be set by turning knob 45.
 By pressing key „1" 48 or „2" 46, the previous or subse-
quent secondary parameter will be displayed.
‰ Depending on selected mode and function, different
secondary parameter are available.

Arc dynamic
The welding current increases automatically as the welding volt-
age is reduced. The arc dynamic indicates the ratio between the
main current and the automatic increase.

Indicates the relation in percentage between welding current l1
