16 Care and maintenance
Please heed the current safety and ac-
cident prevention regulations during all
maintenance and repair work.
The machine requires a minimum of care and mainte-nance.
Only a few items need to be checked to ensure trouble-free
long-term operation.
 Check regularly for damage:
– Mains plug and cable
– Welding torch and connections
– Ground cable and connection
 Check the dust filter every two months.
– Switch the machine off
– Unplug the mains plug
– Unscrew the ventilation grid on the rear side
– Check the dust filter for pollution
– Replace the dust filter if it is polluted (dust filter:
order number 612.5192.0)
Use only original Lorch spare parts for main-
tenance and repair.
If you experience problems or need repairs,
contact a dealer authorised by Lorch. Never
make repairs or technical changes yourself. In
this case the manufac-turer's warranty is no
longer valid.
17 Disposal
Only for EU countries.
Do not dispose of electric tools together with
household waste material!
In observance of European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste,
electrical and electronic equipment and its implementa-
tion in accordance with national law, electric tools that have
reached the end of their service life must be collected sepa-
rately and returned to an environmentally compatible recy-
cling facility.
