Function
R Protecting the operator from ejected objects (e.g. dirt, water).
R Starting and stopping measurement.
R Determining rim width by probe.
R Laser beam for indicating where to attach the clip-on balance weight on the
outside of the wheel.
R Determining rim distance and rim diameter.
R Determining the positions for attaching the adhesive balance weights.
R Fastening the adhesive balance weights for the version with ready-to-use rim-
distance gauge.
Flange mount
If the function for fastening with the rim-distance gauge is switched off, the
position of the adhesive balance weights is indicated by a laser beam
as soon as the correct balancing position is reached.
Useful for an optimal view inside the rim.
Control via the screen is possible when attaching the balance weights and
activation takes place as soon as the electronic rim-distance gauge is used.
