The following values will be measured:

After the values have been studied, further
imbalance minimization is required.
1. Turn the wheel by hand, and position the yellow
reference mark vertically (at the 12-o'clock position).
 The yellow reference mark will turn green.
2. Place a double mark on the tire (at the 12-o'clock
position).
3. Tap the symbol.
Phase 8
1. Remove the wheel from the flange.

In order to rotate the tire on the rim, it may be
necessary to deflate it, unseat it (using a tire
changing machine) and to re-inflate it after rotating.
2. Rotate the tire on the rim in such a way that the
mark is at the same position as the valve.
3. Re-assemble the wheel by fitting the tire correctly
on the rim and inflating it to the specified pressure.

4. Tap the symbol.
Phase 9
1. Attach the wheel to the wheel balancing machine.
2. Turn the wheel until the tire valve is in the 12-o'clock
position.
3. Tap the symbol.
 The new position of the wheel on the flange will
be saved.
Phase 10

Close the wheel guard, and use the
confirmation.
 The measurement will start.
 For evaluation and further steps, see PHASE 7.

If the test run is repeated, a message will appear on
the monitor. In that case, proceed with minimization
again (PHASE 7 onwards).

On completion of the test run, the imbalance will
be automatically compared to the minimum residual
imbalance. If the difference between these two values
is below the maximum permissible level, the tire and
rim are optimally matched.

 Back to the basic balancing screen.

If the test run is not properly completed, the entire
procedure must be repeated (starting from PHASE
1).
