Other possible malfunctions are primarily of a technical nature and are to be checked and if necessary rectified
by a qualified engineer. Always contact the customer service of your authorized Beissbarth equipment dealer.

For rapid assistance, it is important to provide the information on the rating plate (label on MT ZERO 6 Touch)
and describe the nature of the problem when calling.

If the error message persists, contact customer service.

Causes
R Defective fuse or missing phase.
When the
R Damaged fuse in electrical connection.

R Incorrect connection of motor.

R Pedal pressed during measurement.

R Irregular rotational speed of motor.
R Wheel speed below minimum value.
ERROR 21
The circuit board has detected an excessively high wheel
speed with the wheel-guard hood open (shaft rotating at
high speed without the MT ZERO 6 Touch having been
started): power supply unit deactivated.

Remedy
Check the power connector.
Inform customer service.
Caution: repeated fuse damage is an indication of a
malfunction!
Follow the emergency procedure for releasing the wheel
(see sec. "Wheel removal in the event of faults").
Inform customer service.
Wait for end of measurement before raising wheel-guard
hood.
Check that wheel is stationary when starting and stop it
from turning backwards on starting.
R Check the voltage (probably too low).
R Check the electrical connection or power supply
cable.
Repeat calibration from the start and attach balance
weight as specified by the process (see chapter
"Maintenance"
Inform customer service.
Lower wheel-guard hood with wheel attached.
Inform customer service.
Inform customer service.

Check whether the wheel is correctly attached to the
flange.
Enter rim data before performing measurement.

R Do not press pedal while motor is in operation:
R Make sure the MT ZERO 6 Touch is not subjected to
any impact during measurement.
R Check the voltage (probably too low).
R Switch off the MT ZERO 6 Touch.
R Lower wheel-guard cover, switch the
MT ZERO 6 Touch on again without moving the wheel.
