10. Creating a balancing report
The report is an optional document from the workshop
and confirms that balancing of the vehicle's wheels has
been performed properly.

The manufacturer/dealer provides the accessories
for printing the above-mentioned report.

When a printer other than that provided by the
manufacturer/dealer is used, compatibility with the
machine cannot guaranteed.

Connecting the printer

See the printer's manual for preparation. Only
how the accessory is connected to the machine is
described in the following.

Place the printer on a level surface so that it cannot
fall and be damaged.
!
Make sure that the cables do not hinder the
operators.
1. Ensure that the wheel balancing machine and printer
are switch off.
2. Connect the USB connecting cable to an outlet on
the connector plate of the wheel balancing machine.

3. Connect the other end of the USB connecting cable
to the printer.
4. Follow the instructions in the respective user
manual to complete the preparations necessary to
use the printer.
5. Switch on the wheel balancing machine and the
printer.

Acquiring data to create a report

Acquisition of data to create the balancing report
begins after the initial imbalance is measured for the
first vehicle wheel to be adjusted. Accordingly, the
operator must decide at this point in time whether
this function will be used.
After the first imbalance measurement:
1. Press the
symbol on the balancing screen.
The data collection screen for printing the report
appears.

1 Imbalance values acquired on the first balancing plane
2 Imbalance values acquired on the second balancing plane
3 Values acquired after the first imbalance measurement
4 Values acquired during the imbalance measurement after
attaching the required weights
5 Indication of the vehicle wheel for which balancing has been
performed.

Description
The basic screen of the wheel balancing machine
appears after this symbol is pressed.
All acquired data is deleted after of this symbol is
pressed.
The screen for completing the report appears after
this symbol is pressed.
