Attention: Do not spill fuel. Soak spilled fuel immediately with adequate absorbant material and
dispose of it environmentally friendly.
Attention: Take care that no contamination gets into the fuel tank and the carburetor system.
Attention: Fuel is only storable for a limited period. Store only a quantity of fuel in the jerrican
that will be used within a short time.
4.2. Removal of the fuel tank
The fuel tank is mounted in a way to allow fast and
easy installation and removal. The fuel tank can be
removed as follows:
Remove tube connections (2) from fuel tank.
Remove wing nut (1) and carefully dismount
the fuel tank.

4.3. Exchange of gear reduction ratio
4.3.1. Exchange of gear reduction ratio
The exchange of the gear ratio seems at first glance more exigent than you are used to. If however
you follow the hints below you will notice that the work
volume is not much different.
Place the vehicle at an angle of approx. 80° (prevents
oil exit from the gearbox).
Remove the rear wheel.
Hinweis:
The rear wheel hub is secured by a
locking screw.
Loosen the two gearshift cables at the adjustment
screw on steering wheel hub and unhook both
cables, first at shift contact (pos. 1) and then at
support plate (pos. 2).
