PRESCRIZIONI PER INTERAGIRE IN MODO SICURO CON LA MACCHINA

Il lavoro con la macchina può essere svolto solo da persone aventi le qualifiche definite al paragrafo 3.6 che segue.
Sarà responsabilità dell'utilizzatore definire le persone qualificate ai vari livelli di intervento e dare alle stesse l'idoneo
addestramento e le consegne operative come definite in questo manuale.
3.4 STATI DELLA MACCHINA
Elenco degli stati possibili con questa macchina:
- Marcia automatica; - Marcia con protezioni ridotte;
- Arresto con pulsante di emergenza ritenuto;
3.5 NUMERO DEGLI OPERATORI
Le operazioni sotto descritte sono state analizzate dal fabbricante; il numero degli operatori indicato per ciascuna di
esse è adeguato per svolgere la funzione in modo ottimale. Un numero di operatori inferiore o superiore potrebbe
mettere in pericolo la sicurezza del personale coinvolto.
3.3 INSTRUCTIONS FOR A SAFE USE OF THE MACHINE
Only persons who have the skills described on the following paragraph 3.6 are allowed to work on the machine.
It is responsibility of the user to appoint the operators having the appropriate skill level and the appropriate training for
each category of job.
3.4 STATE OF THE MACHINE
List of the modes which are possible with this machine:
- automatic running; - running with safety protections excluded;
- stop by using the lockable emergency stop button;
3.5 NUMBER OF OPERATORS REQUIRED
The operations described hereinafter have been analized by the manufacturer; the number of operators for each
operation is suitable to perform it in the best way. A smaller or bigger number of operators could be unsafe.
3.3 VORSCHRIFTEN FÜR DIE SICHERE MASCHINENBEDIENUNG
Die Bedienung der Maschine darf nur Personen übertragen werden, die den im Abschnitt 3.6 beschriebenen
Qualifikationen entsprechen. Es ist Aufgabe und Verantwortung des Benutzers, die qualifizierten Personen für die
verschiedenen Arbeitsabschnitte auszuwählen und dafür zu sorgen, daß diese eine korrekte Einweisung über die in dieser
Anleitung enthaltenen Bedienungsvorschriften erhalten.
3.4 BETRIEBSARTEN DER MASCHINE
Mögliche Betriebsbedingungen:
- Automatikbetrieb - Betrieb mit reduzierten Schutzvorrichtungen
- Stop mit NOTSTOP-Taster
3.5 ANZAHL DER BEDIENUNGSPERSONEN
Die in der nachfolgenden Tabelle beschriebenen Arbeiten sind vom Hersteller analysiert worden; die für die einzelnen
Tätigkeiten notwendige Anzahl von Personen entspricht dem optimalen Wirkungsgrad.
Weniger oder mehr Personen könnten die persönliche Sicherheit der betroffenen Personen beeinträchtigen.
3.3 RECOMMANDATIONS POUR INTERVENIR EN TOUTE SECURITE SUR LA MACHINE
Les opérateurs doivent nécessairement posséder les qualifications spécifiées ci-dessous et au 3.6.
Il appartient à l'utilisateur de désigner les opérateurs qualifiés pour les différentes tâches et de leur fournir la formation
appropriée ainsi que de leur transmettre les instructions contenues dans ce manuel.
3.4 MODES DE FONCTIONNEMENT
Liste des différents modes opératoires de la machine:
- fonctionnement automatique; - fonctionnement avec protections débranchées;
- arrêt à l'aide de l'interrupteur général; - arrêt à l'aide du bouton d'arrêt d'urgence verrouillable;
- alimentation électrique déconnectée.
3.5 NOMBRE D'OPERATEURS
Les opérations décrites ci-dessous ont été analysées par le constructeur; on trouvera indiqué le nombre d'opérateur
nécessaire pour le déroulement optimal de chacune d'entre elles. Un nombre d'opérateurs inférieur ou supérieur pourrait
mettre en danger la sécurité du personnel employé.
3.3 ADVERTENCIAS PARA INTERVENIR DE MODO SEGURO EN LA MAQUINA
El trabajo con la máquina puede ser llevado a cabo sólo por personas que posean las cualificaciones necesarias
definidas en el párrafo 3.6.
El usuario tendrá la responsabilidad de establecer las personas especializadas en los varios niveles de intervención y
procurar a las mismas un adiestramiento idóneo y las consignas operativas, tal y como se definen en este manual.
3.4 ESTADOS DE LA MAQUINA
Enumeración de los posibles estados de esta máquina:
- Marcha automática; - Marcha con protecciones reducidas,
- Parada con interruptor general;
- Conexión eléctrica desactivada;
3.5 NUMERO DE OPERADORES
Las operaciones descritas a continuación han sido analizadas por el fabricante; el número de los operadores indicado
para cada una de ellas es el adecuado para desarrollar la función a pleno rendimiento. Un número inferior o superior de
operadores pondría en peligro la seguridad del personal involucrado.
