F = Control lever for the throttle servo
The throttle/brake servo is connected to this lever; this controls the speed of the combustion engine.
G = Air intake opening
The air filter must be attached to this opening. The air filter prevents dust particles or other coarse dirt from entering
the engine, which can cause the engine to fail and void the warranty/guarantee.
A suitable air filter oil must be applied to the air filter. Insert the air filter (only the foam ring) into a small plastic bag
and add a few drops of air filter oil. Close the plastic bag and squeeze the air filter together several times to ensure
that the air filter oil covers the air filter.
The oil in the air filter is designed to attract fine dust particles and prevent them from entering the engine.
Fine dust particles can significantly increase the wear on the piston and cylinder wall and impair perfor-
mance. Using the engine when the air filter is not lubricated may cause permanent damage to the engine
and will void the warranty/guarantee.
Wash the air filter from time to time (depending on the amount of dust) with benzene and replace it when
necessary.
