Die vorliegende Anweisungen umfaßt
- Sicherheitsbestimmungen
- Betriebsanleitung
- Schmieranweisung
Die nachfolgenden Ausführungen sollen dazu
dienen,den Maschinisten mit seiner Walze vertraut zu
machen und ihn in der Handhabung und Wartung
derselben zu unterstützen. Es ist deshalb unbedingt
erforderlich, dem Maschinisten diese Anweisung
zugänglich zu machen und dafür zu sorgen,daß er
diese vor Inbetriebnahme der Walze durchliest. (Auf
diese Weise wird die Einschulung durch unseren
Monteur beim Ersteinsatz der Walze verständlicher).
Spätere Störungen durch unsachgemäße Bedienung
werden vermieden.
Das beachten der Wartungsanleitung erhöht die
Zuverlässigkeit im Einsatz, die Lebensdauer der
Maschine und vermindert die Reparaturkosten und
Ausfallzeiten.
Diese Anleitung sollte immer griffbereit bei der
Maschine sein.
Es wird nicht gehaftet für sichere Funktion der
Maschine.
- Bei Handhabung, die nicht der üblichen
Benutzung entspricht,
- bei anderen Einsatzzwecken, die nicht in der
Anleitung genannt sind.
Beachten Sie sowohl die Sicherheitshinweise, als
auch die Richtlinien der Tiefbau-
Berufsgenossenschaft "Sicherheitsregeln" für
Walzenfahrer auf Straßenwalzen".
Nur PROTEC -Original-Ersatzteile verwenden.

Preface

This manual contains
- safety reulations
- operating instructions
- mainentance instructions.
The following description is intended to familiarize
the operator with his machince and to assist him in
it's operation and maintenance. For this reason, it is
absolutely essential that these instructions are made
available to the operator and that his reading them,
before first starting the compactor, is ensured. Thus,
the training which the operator will have received
from our mechanics will become more
understandable to him, when initially operating the
compactor, and later operating errors will be
avoided.
Paying close attention to the maintenance instructions
increases the dependability of operation, the
equipment life and reduces repair costs and down
time.
This manual should only be kept close at hand by the
machine.
Safe operation of the machine cannot be quaranteed
if
- the equipment is not handled in a proper manner
- the equipment is used for purposes other than
those listed in the manual.
Always observe the safety notes as well as the
guidelines of the employer´s liability insurance
association for civil engineering´s „Safety regulations
for the operators´s of road rollers".
