5.3.2 Motor starten

GEFAHR !
Vor Inbetriebnahme des Walzenzugs ist
sicherzustellen, daß sich keine Personen
im Bereich des Walzenzugs aufhalten.
ACHTUNG !
Bei zu niedriger Außentemperatur
(Hydrauliköltemperatur) kann es in den
Saugleitungen zu Unterbrechungen des
Ölflusses kommen, wodurch die Pumpen
beschädigt werden.
Beachten Sie vor dem Starten des Motors folgende
Punkte:
− Walzenzug nur mit über 10 °C warmem Hy-
drauliköl in Betrieb nehmen.
−
Fahrhebel (Joystick) (1)
stellung stellen.
Hinweis !
Eine elektrische Sicherheitsschaltung
bewirkt, daß der Anlasser des Dieselmotors
nur bei Neutralstellung des Fahrhebels
(Joystick) betätigt werden kann.
−
Drehzahlverstellhebel (2)
auf etwa 1/4 Drehzahlverstellung bringen.
− Zündschlüssel in das
und nach rechts drehen. Dadurch wird der An-
lasser betätigt. Sobald der Motor läuft, den
Zündschlüssel loslassen.
− Bei einer Außentemperatur (Hydraulik-
öltemperatur) von 10° C und darunter muß vor
Walzbeginn die Hydraulik etwa fünf Minuten
lang durch Betrieb des Dieselmotors bei stehen-
dem Walzenzug erwärmt werden.
− Wenn das Hydrauliköl warm genug ist, den Die-
selmotor mit dem
die gewünschte Drehzahl bringen.Der Walzenzug
ist nun betriebsbereit.

Starting the engine

DANGER !
Before starting up the roller check that no
one is standing near the vehicle.
CAUTION !
If the outdoor temperature (the hydraulic
oil temperature) is too low this can cause
the oil in the suction pipes to temporarily
stop flowing, which in turn can cause
damage to the pumps.
Before starting the engine make note of the following
points:
− Only start to operate the roller when the hydraulic
oil is above 10°C.
− Put
joystick (1)
Note !
An electric safety switch ensures that the
diesel engine starter can only be activated
when the joystick is in neutral.
− Turn the diesel
about a quarter of the way along the range of
speed control.
− Put the ignition key in the
turn to the right. This activates the starter. Once
the engine is running let go of the ignition key.
− If the outdoor temperature (hydraulic oil tempe-
rature) is 10°C or below, the hydraulics must be
warmed by the running engine for about five mi-
nutes before starting the rolling operation. The
roller must be stationary during this time.
− When the hydraulic oil is warm enough use the
speed change lever (2)

The roller is now ready to be put into operation.
