5.3.6 Walzenzug abschleppen
Das Abschleppen von Walzen darf nur mit ausre i-
chend bemessenen Abschleppstangen oder -seilen
an den dafür vorgesehenen Einrichtungen erfol-
gen. Das Abschleppen mit Seilen ist nur zulässig,
wenn eine der Bremsen funktionsfähig ist.
Vor dem Abschleppvorgang muß die Fahrantriebspum-
pe kurzgeschlossen werden. Die Pumpe ist mit
ventilen ausgerüstet, die in einem Mehrfachventil ange-
ordnet sind.Zum Öffnen der
Skt-Einstellschrauben 3 Umdr. Nach links gedreht. Da-
durch werden die Arbeitskreisläufe verbunden und die
Druckflüssigkeit kann zirkulieren, ohne daß die Pumpe
und der Antriebsmotor drehen.
ACHTUNG!
Bypassventile sind nur für das Abschleppen eines Fahr-
zeuges oder einer Maschine über sehr kurze Entfernun-
gen bei sehr niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten ausgelegt. Sie
sind nicht als Schleppventile zu verwenden.
Die Bremse an der ZF-Achse lösen über ein Ab-
schleppventil
Drehung des Ventilkolbens nach oben
serspannung wird unterbrochen. Die Verbindung Lenk-
ventil-Bremse wird geschlossen.
Über eine Rechtsdrehung des Lenkrades wird die
Bremse geöffnet. Das Lenkrad solange drehen bis die
Brems-Kontrollanzeige erloschen ist.
Starten desWalzenzuges nach dem Abschleppen .
Voraussetzungen:
- Hydraulik der Maschine funktionsfähig
- Ventilkolben am Abschleppventil
Die Anlasserspannung wird durch den Stift am Nä-
herungsgeber geschlossen.
- NOT-AUS Schalter ist ausgeschaltet
- Fahrhebel steht in Neutralstellung
Dieselmotor betriebsfähig:
Ist der Dieselmotor betriebsfähig und läuft, ist auch die
Lenkung betriebsfähig. Die Feder-speicherbremse kann
gelüftet werden, eine Bremsung ist jederzeit möglich.

Towing the roller

To tow rollers adequate tow-rods or ropes must be
attached to the towing equipment . The roller can
only be towed using ropes if one of the brakes still
functions.
Before towing process the travel drive pump must be
short-circuit. The pump equipped
ranged in multi-valve.
Bypass-valve are opened with three rotations to the left.
This means, that working circulation is compounded.
The pressure fluid can circulated. Pump and engine are
not turning arround.
Attention!
Bypass- valve only for towing rollers over a short di-
stance laying out by low speed and not applied by drag-
ging valve.
