5.3.5 Motor abschalten

VORSICHT !
Motor niemals aus Vollast abschalten,
sondern noch kurz zum Temperatur-
ausgleich im Leerlauf weiterlaufen lassen.
− Fahrhebel (Joystick) in Mittelstellung bringen.
− Wenn der Vibrationsbetrieb noch eingeschaltet
ist, diesen durch Betätigen des Druckschalters
im Fahrhebel (Joystick) ausschalten.
− Drehzahlverstellhebel auf minimale Drehzahl
stellen.
− Parkbremshebel in Bremsstellung bringen.
− Zündschlüssel im Zündschloß in 0-Stellung brin-
gen und abziehen.
Vor Arbeitspausen und zum Arbeitsende ist der Wal-
zenzug auf tragfähigem und möglichst waagerechtem
Gelände abzustellen. Auf geneigtem Gelände ist der
Walzenzug zusätzlich gegen Abrollen zu sichern (z.B.
durch einen Unterlegkeil).
Müssen Walzen innerhalb von Verkehrswegen abge-
stellt werden, müssen die in der Straßen-
verkehrsordnung geforderten Sicherheitsmaß-nahmen
getroffen werden.

Switching off the engine

CAUTION !
Never switch off the engine when in full
load. Let the engine run idle for a short
while until a temperature equilibrium is
reached.
− Put joystick in neutral.
− If the vibration mode is still switched on switch it
off by pressing the switch on the joystick.
− Set the speed change lever to the minimum
speed.
− Pull on the hand brake.
− Turn the ignition key in the ignition lock to

Before the driver takes any breaks or finishes his
work, he must ensure that the roller is standing on
steady ground, which should be horizontal whenever
possible. If the roller is to be left on a slope it must be
additionally secured against rolling (e.g. with a shim).
If the drums are to be put down amidst traffic, the
safety measures stated in Germany's Traffic Regula-
tions must be observed and followed.
