4.5 Konstruktiver Aufbau des Vi-
brationsteils
4.5.1 Vibrationswalzenkörper
In die Vibrationswalze ist als Schwingungs-erreger
ein 2-Stufen-Vibrator (Kreisschwinger) eingebaut.
Die Glattbandage (1) besitzt für den Einsatz zur Erd-
verdichtung starr angeordnete
entsprechendem Abstand zum Walzen-körper mon-
tiert werden.
Der Abstand des Abstreifers zur Bandage sollte ca.
2 cm betragen.
Bei Verschleiß des Abstreifers kann der Abstand
über Langlöcher (5) nachgestellt werden.

4.5.1.1 Ölkontrolle im Lagergehäuse der Er-
regerwelle
Die Kontrolle des Öls im Lagergehäuse erfolgt durch
die Verschlußschraube (o.Abb.) im Lagerdeckel.
Durch diese Verschlußschraube (o.Abb.) wird auch
bei Bedarf Öl nachgefüllt.
Die Verschlußschraube (o.Abb.) muß sich sowohl
bei der Kontrolle als auch bei der Befüllung unten
befinden.
Die erforderliche Ölmenge sh.ET-Handbuch.
4.5.1.2 Rundlager wechseln und überprüfen
Die Rundlager am Antriebsstern können einzeln ge-
wechselt bzw. eingebaut werden. An der Vibrations-
seite der Bandage muß zur Demontage der Rundla-
ger das Zwischenstück, daß den Vorderrahmen und
die Bandage verbindet, gelöst werden.
Die Rundlager müssen regelmäßig kontolliert und bei
Beschädigung ausgetauscht werden.

4.5.1

Vibrating Roller Drum

The vibratory compactors are equipped with a 2 sta-
ge circular motion vibrator.
The smooth roller drum (1)
stable, scrapers (2) which are mounted at a corre-
sponding distance from the roller drum.
The stripper should be approximately 2 cm away
from the roller tyre.
Should the stripper become worn, the distance can
be re-adjusted by means of the

4.5.1.1 Checking the oil in the bearing housing
of the exciting shaft
The oil in the bearing housing is checked by means of
the filler caps (w.o.) in the crown. The oil can also be
topped up through these filler caps (w.o.) if required.
The filler caps (w.o.) must be positioned below when
carrying out the oil check and also topping up the oil.

4.5.1.2 Changing and checking the circular be-
arings
The circular bearings on the driving star can be
changed or installed in once..
In order to remove the circular bearings the interme-
diary connecting the front frame to the roller liner
must be released on the vibrating side of the roller
tyre.
The circular bearings must be checked at regular in-
tervals and replaced if they are damaged.
