12 Transporting

► Turn the ignition key to the "Ignition on" posi‐
tion.
The ride-on mower performs a self-diagnosis.
► Press the safety switch for mowing in reverse
and the gas pedal simultaneously for 5 sec‐
onds.
A short beep sounds. The automatic disen‐
gagement is now enabled.
11.7.3.2 Disabling automatic disengagement
Automatic disengagement can be disabled as
follows:
► Shut off the engine,
► Turn the ignition key to the "Ignition on" posi‐
tion.
The ride-on mower performs a self-diagnosis.
► Select the forward direction of travel,

► Press the safety switch for mowing in reverse
and the gas pedal simultaneously for 5 sec‐
onds.
You will hear 3 short beeps. Automatic disen‐
gagement is now disabled.

Emptying the grass catcher box

The grass catcher box is equipped with a level
sensor. When the blades are engaged and the
grass catcher box is full, a steady beep sounds.
The level sensor is adjustable,
► Place the ride-on mower on a level surface.
► Disengage the blades,
The blades must not turn. The steady beep
stops.
► Select the highest cutting height,
► Engage the parking brake or press and hold
the brake.
► Remain seated on the driver's seat.
► Pull the lever for the grass catcher box (1)
upward.
► Pull the lever for the grass catcher box (1) for‐
ward.
The grass catcher box (2) swings upward, and
the grass clippings fall out.
► Carefully retract the lever for the grass catcher
box (1).

in the starting position.
11.9 Adjusting the level sensor
The grass catcher box is equipped with an
adjustable level sensor. The level sensor indi‐
cates when it is time to empty the grass catcher
box and is equipped with 6 positions.
Adjusting the level sensor
► Disengage the blades,
The blades must not turn.
► Bring the ride-on mower to a standstill.
► Place the ride-on mower on a level surface.
► Empty the grass catcher box,
► Shut off the engine,
► Engage the parking brake,
► Remove the ignition key and store it securely.
► Detach the grass catcher box,
► Move or push the slider (1) of the level sensor
to the desired position.
► Attach the grass catcher box,

► Park the ride-on mower on a level surface.
► Shut off the engine,
► Engage the parking brake,
► Remove the ignition key and store it securely.
► If the ride-on mower is wet: Allow the ride-on
mower to dry.
