3 Overview
3.2 Dashboard
1 Lever for the direction of travel
The lever selects the forward or reverse
direction of travel.
2 Throttle lever with choke
The lever is used to adjust the throttle and to
switch the choke on and off.
3 Parking brake lever
The lever engages and disengages the park‐
ing brake.
4 Mowing deck switch
The switch engages and disengages the
blades.
5 Ignition lock with light switch
The ignition lock is used to start and switch
off the engine as well as to switch the head‐
lights on and off.
3.3 Ignition lock and ignition key
1 Ignition key
The ignition key operates the ignition lock.
The ignition key can be inserted in or
removed from the ignition lock only in the
"Engine off" position.

2 Ignition lock
The ignition lock is used to start and switch
off the engine as well to switch the headlights
on and off.
3 "Engine off" position
In the "Engine off" position, the engine and
the headlights are turned off.
4 "Headlights on" position
In the "Headlights on" position, the headlights
are turned on. The headlights can be turned
on when the engine is either turned off or run‐
ning. When the engine is turned off, a beep
will sound in this position as an indication that
the battery is being discharged.
5 "Ignition on" position
In the "Ignition on" position, the headlights are
switched off. In this position, the electronics
run a self-diagnosis. After starting the engine,
the ignition key returns to this setting. When
the engine is turned off, a beep will sound in
this position as an indication that the battery
is being discharged.
6 "Engine start" position
The starter is pressed in the "Engine start"
position. After the engine is started, the igni‐
tion key returns to "Ignition on" position.
