continue to turn for a short while. People may
suffer serious injuries as a result.
► Keep hands and feet away from the
blades.
► Do not detach the grass catcher box
until the blades have stopped turn‐

■ Sparks may be produced if the turning blades
hit a hard object. Sparks can cause fires in a
flammable environment. Persons may be seri‐
ously or fatally injured, and property may be
damaged.
► Do not use in a flammable environment.
■ Hard objects hitting the rotating blade can
damage the lawn mower.
► If a hard object hits the rotating blade,
switch off the engine, remove the batteries
and check the lawn mower for damage.
► If the lawn mower is damaged: Contact a
STIHL authorized dealer for assistance.

► Never sit or stand on the mowing deck.
■ If objects are placed on the mowing deck, they
may fall off and cause material damage.

ple may be injured or property may be dam‐
aged.
► Pay attention to unusual noises.

chute.
