► Remove the left cotter pin (1).
► Lift the mowing deck with one hand and
remove it from the front mowing deck mount‐
ing (2).
► Carefully set down the mowing deck.
► Remove the right cotter pin (1).
► Lift the mowing deck with one hand and

ing (2).
► Carefully set down the mowing deck.

► Select the highest cutting height,
► Pull the mowing deck (1) out to the left or the
right side from under the ride-on mower.
7 Refueling the ride-on

Refueling the ride-on mower

NOTICE
■ The ride-on mower can be damaged if it is not
fueled with the correct fuel.
► Pay attention to the User Manual for the
motor.
► Place the ride-on mower on a level surface.
► Shut off the engine,
► Engage the parking brake,
► Remove the ignition key and store it securely.
► Use a damp cloth to clean the area around the
fuel tank cap.

7 Refueling the ride-on mower
► Turn the fuel tank cap counterclockwise until it
can be removed.
The air pressure between the tank and the
surroundings evens out.
► Remove the fuel tank cap.
► Use a suitable filling aid to refill the tank to
ensure that the fuel does not go beyond the
lower edge of the filling level.
► Place the fuel tank cap on the tank.
► Turn the tank cap clockwise and tighten it
down firmly by hand.
The fuel tank is now closed.
► Wipe dry any spilled fuel and allow it to evapo‐
rate.

8.1

Adjusting the driver's seat

The driver's seat can be set to 7 click-in posi‐
tions.
► Place the ride-on mower on a level surface.
► Shut off the engine,
► Sit on the driver's seat.
► Place your right hand on the steering wheel.
► Lift the driver's seat adjustment lever (1) with
your left hand and hold it there.
► Adjust the driver's seat (2) to the desired posi‐
tion.
► Release the driver's seat adjustment lever (1).
The driver's seat engages in place.
9 Starting and Stopping the
Engine
9.1 Starting the engine
NOTICE
To prevent damage to the ride-on mower:
► If the engine does not start: Wait for a short
while between attempts to start the engine.
► Do not turn the ignition key for more than
10 seconds in the "Engine start" position.
► Place the ride-on mower on a level surface.
