The brake pedal can be used to slow down the
ride-on mower when driving or blocked when at a
standstill.
► Ease the pressure on the gas pedal.
The driving speed slows down.
► Apply even pressure on the brake pedal (1).
The ride-on mower stops.

Steering
The steering wheel (1) can be used to steer the
ride-on mower while driving.
► Turn the steering wheel (1) clockwise.
The ride-on mower turns to the right.
► Turn the steering wheel (1) counterclockwise.
The ride-on mower turns to the left.
The further you turn the steering wheel (1) of the
ride-on mower, the more pronounced the steer‐
ing maneuver.

Setting the direction of travel
NOTICE
When the gas pedal is pressed, the lever for set‐
ting the direction of travel is locked for safety rea‐
sons.
► Ease the pressure on the gas pedal.
► Start the engine,

To select the forward direction of travel:
► Shift the lever (1) to the front to the "Forward"
position (2).
To select the reverse direction of travel:
► Shift the lever (1) to the rear to the "Reverse"
position (3).
11.4.4
Setting the driving speed
NOTICE
■ If the ride-on mower drives on a slope, the
inclination of the slope prevents the engine
from being sufficiently lubricated.
Property may be damaged.
► Consult the User Manual for the engine.
NOTICE
■ If the engine does not run at its maximum
speed, optimal cooling of the engine cannot be
guaranteed.
Property may be damaged.
► Regulate your driving speed only with the
gas pedal and not with the throttle lever.
The driving speed can be continuously regulated
with the gas pedal.
► Engage the gearbox,
► If the mowing deck has been detached: Press
the V-belt tension lever forward and secure it
in this position.
► Start the engine,
► Select the desired direction of travel,
