6.2. SWITCHING ON
1. Switch on the main switch at the rear of the base body, and wait 10 seconds.
2. Keep the On/Off switch on the panel PC depressed for two to three seconds.
» The panel PC will start up.
3. If the panel PC fails to start up, wait four to five seconds and once again keep the On/Off switch on the panel PC de-
pressed for two to three seconds.
» The measurement software will start, note the Performing movement to reference points/calibration [} Page 43].
6.3. PERFORMING MOVEMENT TO REFERENCE POINTS/CALIBRATION

Calibration is necessary in order to determine the offset values for the adapter/calibration mandrel.
 After every restart,
 after changes to the parameters,
 after changing the adapter.
