7. Durchfiihren von Messungen
Bei Messungen mit dem Oszilloskop an Halb-
leitern sollten Sie nur Tastkdpfe mit 10:1 - Tei-
ler verwenden. AuBerdem ist zu beachten,
daB nach vorheriger Messung mit AC-Kopp-
lung, der Koppelkondensator
des Oszillo-
skops aufgeladen sein kann. Durch die Ent-
ladung Uber das MeBobjekt kénnen
diese
Bauteile beschddigt werden.
8. Ausiéten von Flatpack-ICs
Flatpack-ICs lassen sich nur sehr schwer aus-
jéten. Deshalb wollen wir Ihnen eine Még-
lichkeit aufzeigen, wie Sie diese ICs wechsein
kénnen ohne die Platine allzusehr zu bean-
spruchen. Hierfir ist jedoch ein Subminiatur-
Trennschleifer erforderlich.
- Subminiatur-Trennschleifer gemaB Fig. 22
am IC ansetzen und AnschiuBbeinchen des
IC ohne die Platine zu berthren durchtren-
nen.
~— Abgetrennten IC entfernen und Reste der
Anschlusse abléten. An den Létstellen ver-
bleibendes Zinn mit Lotsauglitze entfernen
— Platine mit Glasradierstift im Létbereich des
neuen ICs von Kollophonium reinigen.
- Schleifstaub sorgfaltig entfernen.
— Neues IC positionieren und mit einem Lét-
kolben mit sehr feiner Létspitze anléten. Die
Lage der Pins 1 entnehmen Sie bitte der
Abbildung Fig. 23.

7. Carrying out Measurements
When making measurements on semi-con-
ductors with an oscilloscope, ensure that the
test probe is set to 10:1 dividing factor. Further,
please note that if the previous measurement
is made on AC input, the coupling capacitor in
the oscilloscope will be charged. Discharge via
the item being checked can damage compo-
nents.
8. Unsoldering the Flatpack-ICs
Flatpack ICs can only be unsoldered with
difficulty. Therefore a possibility is given which
will allow the replacement of these ICs without
damaging the panel. For this however, a sub-
miniature cutter is required.
— Fit the sub-miniatur cutter onto the IC as
shown in Fig. 22 and cut off the connections
of the IC without touching the panel.
~ Remove the separated IC and unsolder the
remaining connections.
Remove
all resi-
dues of tin from the solder pads with solder
cleaning braid.
~— Clean the panel with a glass erasing pen the
area of the solder pads for the new IC, of all
Collophonium.
~ Ensure
that all remaining
residues
are
removed.
— Position the new IC and solder using a
soldering iron with a very fine tip. Refer to
the illustration Fig. 23 to identify the position
for pin 1.
7. Esecuzione di misure
In caso di misure su semiconduttori effettuate
con |l'oscilloscopio é necessario utilizzaie solo
sonde con divisore 10:1. Inoltre é da osservare
che dopo una misura compiuta con accoppia-
mento C.A., il condensatore dell'oscilloscopio
pud
risultare
carico
e quindi
scaricarsi
sull'oggetto di misura, danneggiando ij] com-
ponente.
8. Dissaldatura di IC Flatpack
Poiché quest'operazione risulta proble mati-
ca, Vi indichiamo il modo per sostituire questi
integrati di tipo ultrapiatto senza danneygiare
eccessivamente la piastra. Per questo & pre-
visto |'uso di un tronchesino miniatura.
- Applicare il tronchesino come in fig. 22e tag-
liare i piedini dell'IC senza toccare la pastra.
- Allontanare I'IC e dissaldare le parti residue
dei collegamenti. Asportare lo stagno tuttora
presente nei punti di saldatura con uncalza
dissaldante.
- Pulire con una spatola per asportare la colo-
fonia i punti sulla piastra dove va applcato il
nuovo IC.
- Togliere con cautela i residui lasciat dalla
spatola.
- Collocare il nuovo IC e saldario con uns alda-
tore avente una punta sottile. La poszione
