3. Cassettenauswurf von Hand
a) Netzstecker ziehen
b) Umstellhebel (122) durch Driicken in Pfeil-
richtung (Fig. 4) ausrasten.
c) Capstanrotor langsam gegen den Uhrzei-
gersinn drehen, bis die Kupplungsscheibe
(116) einrastet.
d) Schritte b) und c) wiederholen
bis die
Cassette ausgeworfen wird.

4. Beobachten des Bewegungsablaufes im
Laufwerk
Der Capstanmotor arbeitet sowohl als Fadel-
motor als auch als Cassettenschachtantrieb.
Da die Phasenbeziehung zwischen den Lauf-
werk- und den Cassettenschachtfunktionen
sehr wichtig ist, sollten diese bei Stérungen
des Ablaufs
bei ausgebautem
Cassetten-
schacht beobachtet werden. Dies ist vor allem
bei Wiedergabe und den Umspulvorgangen
empfehlenswert.
- Netzstecker ziehen.
- Cassettenschacht ausbauen (s. Kap. 5).
- Umstellhebel (122) in Pfeilrichtung driicken
(Fig. 4) und Rotor des Capstanmotors so-
lange im Uhrzeigersinn
drehen
bis die
STOP-Position
(Fig. 5) erreicht ist. Die
STOP-Position ist mit der Position "Umspu-
fen" identisch. Deshalb drehen sich der Auf-
wickel- und der Abwickelteller abhangig von
der Drehrichtung des Capstanrotors.
5. Ausbau des Cassettenschachts (Fig. 6)
- 2 Schrauben "A" herausdrehen.
- Cassettenschacht durch Drehen des Cap-
stanrotors (133) im Uhrzeigersinn soweit
bewegen, bis die 2 Schrauben "B" entfernt
werden kénnen.
- Steckverbindung P1508 abziehen und Cas-
settenschacht herausnehmen.
6. Einbau des Cassettenschachtes
- Umstelihebel (122), Fig. 4, oder Kern der
Spule (66), Fig. 7, in Pfeilrichtung driicken,
um dig Verriegelung zu éffnen.

a) Disconnect the machine from the mains.
b) Disengage the change-over lever (122) by
pressing itin the direction of the arrow (Fig.
4).
c) Rotate the capstan rotor slowly anti-clock-
wise until the clutch disk (116) locks.
d) Repeat steps b) and c) until the cassette is
ejected.

4. Observing the sequence of movements
in the machine
The Capstan Motor operates as the loading
motor and also as the drive for the cassette
compartment. The relationship between the
mechanics
and the cassette compartment
functions is very important, and must be chec-
ked as this can be upset with the cassette
compartment removed.
It is recommended
that this is checked before all playback and
winding processes are attempted.
- Disconnect the machine from mains.
- Remove the cassette comp. (see para 5).
- Depress the change-over lever (122) in the
direction of the arrow (Fig.4) and turn the
rotor of the capstan motor in the clockwise
direction until the STOP-position (Fig. 5) is
reached. The STOP-position is identical to
the "Winding" position. Therefore the drive
of the take-up or the winding spool carrier
depends on the direction of the rotation of
the capstan motor.
5. Removing the Cassette Compartment
(Fig.6)
- Remove the 2 screws "A*
- Rotate the capstan rotor (133) to move the
cassette compartment so that it is possible
to remove the 2 screws "B".
- Pull out the plug-type connector P1508 and
remove the cassette compartment.
6. Refitting the Cassette Compartment
- Press the change-over lever (122), Fig. 4, or
the core of the solenoid (66), Fig. 7, in the

a) Staccare la spina di rete.
b) Sbloceare la leva (122) premendola nella
direzione indicata (fig.4).
c) Girare il rotore capstan
lentamente
in
senso antiorario finché il disco frizione
(116) @ bloccato.
d) Ripetere le operazioni b) e c) finché la
cassetta viene espulsa.
4. Osservazione dei movimenti meccanici
Il motore capstan serve sia come
unita di
caricamento del nastro che come dispositivo
di comando del vano cassetta. Poiché la rela-
zione di fase tra le funzioni della meccanicae
quelle del vano cassette é molto importante,
esse vanno controllate in caso di disturbi nei
movimenti quando il vano é smontato. Cid ¢
raccomandabile sopratutto in riproduzione ed
in avvoigimento veloce.
- Estrarre la spina di rete.
- Smontare i] vano cassette (v. cap. 5).
- Premere in direzione della feeccia la leva
(122) -fig. 4- e girare il rotore capstan in
senso
orario
finché éraggiunta
la pos,
STOP (fig. 5). La leva (122) deve essere
sbloccata ad ogni rotazione. La pos. STOP
é uguale a quella di awolgimento veloce,
Pertanto, i piattelli avvoigente e svolgente
girano dipentemente al verso di rotazione
del rotore capstan.
5. Smontaggio dei vano cassetta
(Fig. 6)
- Svitare le due viti "A".
- Ruotando il senso orario il rotore capstan
(133) muovere il vano cassetta finché sj
possono aliontanare anche le due viti "B".
- Staccare i! connettore P 1508 ed infine to.
gliere il vano cassette.
6. Montaggio del vano cassette
- Premere in direzione della freccia la leva
(122), fig. 4, oil nucleo della bobina (66), fig
7, per aprire il dispositivo di bloccaggio.
