The DConnect BOX is designed for the remote control of DAB products compatible with the DConnect service
and with the App DConnect.
The DConnect BOX is configured and installed with the App DConnect and controlled by the App itself or
with a PC Browser.

1. System requirements:

Android ≥ 6 (API level 23)

WEB browser that supports JavaScript (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari)

Microsoft© has announced that Internet Explorer 10 will only be supported until January
2020. For this reason the webAPP does not support Internet Explorer

Network requirements:

Active and permanent direct Internet connection on site.

WiFi Modem/Router and/or LAN with active DHCP service.
•
• If used with Wi-Fi, good quality Wi-Fi signal and power in the area where the DConnect Box is
installed.
If the signal is deteriorated, we suggest using a Wi-Fi Extender.
Where possible, it is recommended to use the LAN wired co.

Firmware Update:
Before starting to use the DConnect, make sure that the product is updated to the latest version available.
Updates ensure you of a better use of the services offered by the product.

DAB product requirements:

The DAB products to be controlled by DConnect (where possible) must be updated to the latest firmware
version available.
