Updating the firmware (Update)

When the update is completed, Update complete is
displayed.
- Click on OK.
The dialog closes, a new search starts, and any
devices that are found are shown with their (new)
firmware versions.
- Perform more updates, or close the program.
12.2 Updating the firmware (old procedure
up to Version 3.51)
This procedure must be applied to devices with firmware
versions up to 3.51.
Important
Administrator rights are required both for installing the
program and for the updating itself.
Preparing to update the firmware
S In the "Firmware update" operating mode, all CMD
amplifiers have a limited IP Stack and the same Mac
and IP addresses. So a firmware update is only ever
possible for one device at a time (in the same net­
work).
S The IP address of the CMD for updating the firmware
is 10.60.250.78, and this cannot be changed.
S Install the program for updating the firmware.
S Copy the new firmware to a directory on your PC.
