Mounting

CMD
The charge amplifier must be firmly attached to a level
support surface by two M4 bolts. This can be in any posi­
tion. All CMD types have the same dimensions.
The signal inputs and outputs are electrically isolated
from the CMD housing. So no isolating elements are
necessary.
Important
If the device is used in highly electromagnetic environ­
ments, we recommend grounding the housing. An M4
serrated washer can be inserted between the head of the
fastening bolt and the CMD housing to connect it to a
grounded base.
The fastening bolt is tightened with a tightening torque of
2 Nm, to ensure a metallic connection.
