- Scaling with the maximum value via the CMD
Assistant
- Check the box in the Scaling -> SensorTeach ->
enable menu.
- Click on
- The Run SensorTeach window opens.
- Click on Start, the status LED flashes yellow
- Load the sensor with the maximum force that will
occur later during operation.
- Now relieve the load on the transducer. The max­
imum value is defined
The measuring range adjusts to the loading if the sen­
sor is loaded within 30 seconds. If there is no loading
(Timeout or Cancel), the values are retained.
- Load the sensor and click "Loaded" to confirm that
a load has been applied.
- Loading is repeated several times, to determine the
best‐possible measuring range. Relieve the sensor
each time before loading it again.
Now press Loaded. Only load the transducer again
after the new load cycle begins and you are promp­
ted to do so. Always relieve the load on the trans­
ducer first, before clicking on Loaded.
- The completion of the process is shown in the dia­
log by SensorTeach complete. Then click on
Close.
Amplification is set so that with maximum loading, an
output signal of 10 V minus the set overload reserve
is output.
