SensorTeach -> enable menu.
Examples
If the user‐defined output offset is set to 5 V and the
overload reserve to 1 V, the output voltage for positive
signals is a maximum of 9 V and for negative signals, a
minimum of 1 V.
If the user‐defined output offset is set to 0 V and the
overload reserve to 1 V, the output voltage for positive
signals is 9 V and for negative signals, ‐9 V.
7.13 Adjusting the measuring chain
(two‐point scaling)
This easy-to-use Adjustment Assistant can be used when
an uncalibrated sensor is integrated in an application and
is to be operated in the force shunt. To this end, the diffe­
rence between the unloaded and the loaded sensor is
measured and, based on these measured values and the
physical quantity applied, the sensor sensitivity and the
corresponding required CMD settings calculated. The
result is a linear two-point scaling.
Procedure
- Start Adjustment Assistant in the "Setting up a
measuring chain" menu.
- Specify the load you intend to apply later, e.g.
500 (N).
