ing up and operation.
WARNING
Any contamination of the charge amplifier inputs and out
puts can cause drift, a reduction in insulation resistance,
or even short circuits, which can invalidate the measure
ment results. This can cause danger for the operating
personnel of the system in which the transducer is in
stalled.
Protect the inputs and outputs of the charge amplifier
from contamination and do not touch the contacts in the
plug with your fingers.
Recommended cleaning agents: a cleaning pad (e.g.
HBM ordering number 1-8402.0026), pure isopropanol
(e.g. IPA200 from RS Components). Also refer to Section
14.3 on page 72.
How to proceed.
1. Connect the sensors (BNC connection, SENSOR);
charge cable 1-KAB143-3 plus adapter 1-CON-
P3001.
2. Connect the supply voltage (18 30 V
socket);
connection cable 1-KAB168-5(20).
3. Connect the Ethernet interface to a PC (see Sec
tion 8.2.3);
Ethernet cable 1-KAB284-2.
