Motor-Anbau
Bei dem STÖBER-Verstellgetriebe R17 und den
Kleinverstellgetrieben RD11 wird der Antriebs-
kegel direkt auf die Motorwelle aufgesetzt (Mo-
toranbau werkseitig).
Für die Verstellgetriebe R27 - R76 wird der Mo-
tor über eine Normmotorkupplung mit dem Ge-
triebe verbunden.
Sie ermöglicht den An- und Abbau von IEC-
Normmotoren (optional auch mit reduziertem
Flansch) ohne das Getriebegehäuse öffnen zu
müssen. Mit dieser montagefreundlichen Lö-
sung ist auch eine externe Motormontage mög-
lich. Der Antriebskegel ist hierbei zur Aufnahme
der Axial- bzw. Radialkräfte gesondert gelagert.

Motor attachment
With the STÖBER variable speed drive R17 and
the small adjustable speed drives RD11 the fric-
tion cone is mounted directly on the motor
shaft. (Assembly of motor at the factory).
For variable speed drives R27 - R76 the motor
is connected with the gear unit through a stan-
dard motor coupling.
It permits attachment and removal of standard
motors (standard motors with reduced flange
as an option) without having to open the gear
unit housing. With this assembly system the
motor can also be assembled external. Here the
friction cone is mounted separately to take up
the axial and radial forces.

Montage du moteur

Dans les variateur STÖBER R17 et des petits va-
riateurs RD11 le cône d'entraînement est di-
rectement monté sur I'arbre du moteur.

Pour la gamme des variateurs R27 - R76, le mo-
teur est assemblé au variateur par une bride
d´accouplement normalisée.
Un montage et un démontage du moteur de
norme CEI (en option également avec bride ré-
duite) sans ouverture du carter du variateur est
ainsi garantit. Grâce à cette solution d´assem-
blage facile, un montage du moteur sur place
est possible.
Pour cette raison le cône de friction a des rou-
lements spéciaux pour supporter l´absorption
des forces axiales et radiales.
