Warranty

If you have any complaints within the currently legally stipulated warranty period, if not otherwise stated, please
return the entire device, together with the purchase receipt, to your dealer or pack the product carefully and
send it to: Fissler Customer Service Department, Harald-Fissler-Str 10, D-55768 Hoppstädten-Weiersbach, Phone
+49 (0)6781-403-100. Damage resulting from improper use or failure to comply with the instructions for use, e.g.
overheating, discoloration, scratches, being dropped on the floor, or incorrect cleaning or cleaning in a
dishwasher, is excluded from the warranty. Purely visual signs of use are also excluded.
Service
A replacement lid can be purchased from your Fissler dealer (dealer list at www.fissler.com) or in the specialty
departments in department stores. Our Customer Service Department will also be glad to help.You will find
additional information at www.fissler.com.
