To Start out and accelerate, proceed as
follows:
1.
Pull the clutch lever to disengage the
clutch.
2.
Shift into FIRST gear.
3.
O p e n the throttle gradually, and at the
s a m e
time,
release the
clutch
lever
slowly.
4. A t 15 to 2 0 k m , d o s e the throttle, and
at the s a m e time, pull in the clutch lever
quickly.
5. Shift into S E C O N D , be careful not to
shift into neutral.
6. O p e n the throttle part w a y and gradually
release the clutch lever.
7. To accelerate or decelerate, use
the
s a m e procedure to shift into next higher
or next lower gear.
