Checking the disc brake pads
For easy check of w e a r on the disc brake
pads, a w e a r indicator is attached to each
brake päd. This indicator permits a Visual
check without d i s a s s e m b l i n g the pads.
To check, apply the brake, and measure the
gap b e t w e e n the disc and the indicator.
If the gap measures less than 0.5 m m .
have your Y a m a h a dealer replace the pads.
