Ingredients
4 fresh yellow peaches (ca. 900 g), quartered, stones removed
10 ice cubes
2 limes, peeled, halved, seeds removed
180 ml white rum
55 g (¼ cup) raw caster sugar
Lime slices, to garnish

Preparation
1. Place peaches, ice cubes and limes into blender jug and secure lid and measur-
ing cap. Press GREEN SMOOTHIE and process for 10 seconds. Press PAUSE, add
rum and sugar and secure lid. Press PAUSE to restart the GREEN SMOOTHIE pro-
gram and process until program finishes.
2. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with lime slices.
