39. Do not use the Solis high-speed blender Extreme Power Blender Pro for anything
other than food and/or beverage preparation.
40. Do not operate the high-speed blender without food or liquid in the blender jug.
41. Do not process very hot or boiling liquids. Allow to cool before placing into the
blender jug.
42. So not subject the blender jug to extremes of hot or cold, for example, placing
a cold jug in hot water or vice versa.
43. Always be careful when pouring very warm liquids into the blender jug. The
liquid could spill out of the jug and burn you!
44. When blending very warm liquids, ensure that the measuring cap is properly
inserted into the fastened lid. The measuring cap ensures that nothing can squirt
out and acts as a valve to reduce internal pressure and steam generation.
45. When removing the measuring cap after blending, be careful! Steam bubbles
might have formed and could splash out of the jug after opening.
46. Keep the appliance clean. Always switch the appliance off and pull the plug
before cleaning and storing the appliance. Refer to „Maintenance and cleaning"
instructions in this manual.
47. Before first use, remove all packaging materials and stickers and rinse the lid, the
measuring cap and the blender jug in warm water with a soft dishcloth. Please
refer to the section „Maintenance and cleaning" on p. 127 of this manual.
Caution: The blender blades are extremely sharp, avoid any contact to your fin-
gers resp. your hand!
