Biscuits/Coo-
For chopping biscuits and
kies
cookies. You can blend
them to make crumbs
you can use, f.e. in a
cheese cake.
Breadcrumbs
Remove bread crust. Cut
bread in squares 2
big. For breadcrumb
crusts, stuffings and
meatballs.
Mayonnaise
Mix egg yolks, mustard
and vinegar or lemon
juice. Slowly add oil
through the lid opening.
Ideal as a dressing.
Hard cheeses
Cut in cubes 3 cm big.
(f.e. parmesan)
For creamy sauces and
pasta dishes.
Whipped
Whip cream until stiff. If
cream
you wish, add sugar or
vanilla before whipping.
Raw vegetables Peel and cut into cubes
2 cm big. Cut finely resp.
chop. Ideal for stuffings,
bolognese sauces, gou-
lash and stews.
