Assembly
ATTENTION
Your product is not completely pre-assembled for pack-
aging reasons.
ATTENTION
Always carry out assembly and adjustments on the
product with the engine switched off and disconnect the
spark plug connector.
DANGER
Danger of injury!
If an incompletely assembled product is used, serious
injuries can be caused.

Do not use the product until it has been fully fitted.
–
Before each use, carry out a visual inspection to
check that the product is complete and does not
contain any damaged or worn components. Safety
and protective devices must be intact.
WARNING
If the tool attachment is not fitted correctly, this can re-
sult in serious accidents! Before starting work, check
that the tool attachment inserted is firmly seated.
WARNING
Tool attachments may be sharp and become hot during
use. Always wear protective gloves when handling the
tool attachments.
WARNING
Always make sure that the tool attachment is fitted cor-
rectly!
WARNING
To ensure product safety, only use original spare parts
from the manufacturer or spare parts approved by the
manufacturer.
ATTENTION
The use of other insertion tools and other accessories
can entail a danger of injury.
• Place the product on a level, even surface.
• Wait until the product has come to a standstill.
8.1
Fitting the earth auger (8) (Fig. 2, 3)
Select the appropriate tool attachment for the work to be
performed.
• Earth auger (Ø 100 mm) (8a)
• Earth auger (Ø 150 mm) (8b)
• Earth auger (Ø 200 mm) (8c)
1. Remove the safety cotter pin (8d) from the hole in the
earth auger (8).
2. Place the earth auger (8) into the holder (9).
Ensure that the earth auger (8) is straight on the hold-
er (9) and that the holes match.
3. Secure the earth auger (8) with the safety cotter pin
(8d).
4. Ensure that the earth auger (8) is tightly seated and
that the safety cotter pin (8d) is attached securely.
The earth auger (8) should not move or wobble side-
ways.
5. Disassembly takes place in reverse order.
Notes:
• Always place the protective cap on the tool attach-
ment after working.
• When using an earth auger extension (see 14.1), this
must be installed in the same way as an earth auger.
The earth auger must then be mounted to the earth
auger extension as described above.

Before commissioning
ATTENTION
Always carry out assembly and adjustments on the
product with the engine switched off and disconnect the
spark plug connector.
ATTENTION
The product is delivered without fuel/oil mix-
ture. It is therefore essential to fill with fuel/
oil mixture before commissioning.
Use only a mixture of unleaded fuel (min.
RON 95) and special 2-stroke engine oil (JA-
SO FD/ISO L EGD).
WARNING
Do not use fuel that has not been correctly mixed with
2-stroke oil. This may cause permanent engine damage
and will void the manufacturer's warranty on this prod-
uct. Never use a fuel mixture that has been stored for
more than 90 days.
WARNING
Health hazard!
Inhalation of fuel / lubricating oil vapours and exhaust
gases can cause serious damage to health, uncon-
sciousness and in extreme cases death.

Do not breathe fuel / lubricating oil vapours and ex-
haust gases.

Operate the product outdoors only.
