To clean the mesh filter, unscrew either cap end by
turning anti -clockwise. Once unscrewed, remove
the cap and pull the other cap and spring out of the
mesh filter sleeve. Use the cleaning brush to scrub
the inside of the mesh filter (Fig. 39).
NOTE: After cleaning, inspect the condition of the
mesh filter. If the mesh filter is clogged with dried paint,
has started fraying or has deformed out of shape, it will
need to be replaced.

To re-assemble the spray gun (6), follow the pro-
cedures mentioned above in reverse direction.
12.5 Servicing suction tract
If the airless paint spray system does not suck in any
paint, press the button to ensure that the suction tract
is free. (fig. 40)

• Have the appliance serviced whenever necessary.
• Switch the appliance off when it is not in use.
14. Storage and transport
Store the equipment and accessories out of children's
reach in a dark and dry place at above freezing temper-
ature. The ideal storage temperature is between 5 and
30 °C. Store the electric tool in its original packaging.
m ATTENTION! The appliance must unconditional-
ly be secured against falling or turning down dur-
ing transport.
The machine must only be lifted and transported on
its handle.
14.1 Long-term storage
Follow all cleaning procedures after each use. En-
sure the unit is thoroughly cleaned before storing
to prevent build-up of dried paint which may cause
blockages and stop the unit from working.

Remove the spray hose (1)

Remove the suction hose (11) from the suction
hose inlet port (15) using a flathead screwdriver to
loosen the screw on the metal hose clamp suction
hose inlet port (16).
